We will gather at a wild tea-picking site near Cangshan Mountain.Each participant will receive a string bag,followed by a brief introduction on how to pick tea-leaves,how to select the right tea plants and leaves,as well as proper finger techniques.After that,everyone is free to spread out and pick tea at their own pace.

After about one hour,we will go to the host's home by taxi located 3 kms away.

At the host's house, participants will take turns in the kitchen to observe the tea-roasting process using an iron wok.Once you understand how to control the heat and timing,you will have the chance to roast the tea by yourself–feeling the leaves soften and transform, and experiencing the rich toasty aroma as it develops.

Afterwards,each person will collect their own batch of freshly roasted green tea,pack it into a bag provided by the host,and take it home.

Finally,Before lunch time, we will sit together and enjoy a tea-tasting session featuring a variety of teas prepared by the host,including white tea,green tea,black tea,and Pu-erh tea.Accompanied by gentle music and the presence of a friendly white cat named Dumbledore, we will relax, chat, and savour the moment, ending the experience with warmth and delight.
