    ⭐Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine (approx. 60 minutes)
    One of the most representative shrines in Kyushu, dedicated to Sugawara no Michizane, the “God of Learning,” and popular for academic prayers from students and visitors worldwide.
    With over a thousand years of history, it features a traditional atmosphere and is especially known for plum blossoms in spring and maple leaves in autumn.
    Along the historic approach path, visitors can enjoy local food and souvenirs, including the famous “Umegae Mochi.”

    ⭐Yanagawa (approx. 120 minutes free time, Optional Boat Ride at Own Expense / Free Time)
    Take a leisurely boat ride through Yanagawa’s historic canals, known as the “Venice of Kyushu,” and enjoy the romantic waterside scenery. The town preserves Edo-period canals that form a maze-like water network, creating its unique landscape. A traditional donko-bune boat cruise is one of Yanagawa’s most iconic experiences.
    Yanagawa is also the birthplace of modern poet Hakushu Kitahara, offering a rich literary and historical atmosphere.
    During free time, guests may choose to take a boat ride (at their own expense), shop for traditional Yanagawa doll souvenirs, or enjoy local specialities such as eel dishes and traditional wagashi sweets. Cultural souvenirs such as Sagemon ornaments and handmade crafts are also available.

    ⭐Sueyama Shrine / Arita Pottery Street (approx. 80 minutes)
    Sueyama Shrine is known for its unique ceramic torii gate and Arita ware decorations. It is also famous for the rare sight of a JR Sasebo Line train passing directly through the shrine grounds, creating a striking landscape.

    Arita Town is known as Japan’s porcelain town with over 400 years of history. The pottery street features traditional shops, ceramic crafts, and a historic atmosphere, offering a pleasant experience of strolling, shopping, and local craftsmanship.
