Overview

  • After a quick and seamless border crossing, enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour drive through charming villages to Tikal National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tikal is renowned for its massive pyramid temples, monumental plazas, palaces, and stelae. This site is of great historical significance; Tikal was the most powerful metropolis in the region for many centuries and played a crucial role in the Mesoamerican trade route that extended through Belize, into Mexico, and beyond.

Experience a thrilling two-and-a-half to three-hour guided tour of the towering pyramids, grand plazas, and fascinating wildlife. Savour a delicious lunch with vegan and vegetarian options at a local restaurant, and take time to shop for unique crafts before returning to Belize.
