Experience the rainforest in the dark and try to spot all the reptiles and amphibians that typically can't be seen during the day. With the help of provided torches, we begin our hike by walking down our trail into the river and then continue up river about 2 km, before continuing up another trail leading back to the starting point. We walk through the centre of the river which is typically ankle to knee deep, so be prepared to get wet, but also stay nice and cool. We recommend good hiking sandals or water shoes, and if you have a headlamp bring it as well.
