You begin a descent 180 metres underground for a personalised tour of the monumental Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral, where you walk at your own pace through the imposing mining tunnels, admiring the 14 Stations of the Cross carved into the rock.

Then you head to the exclusive Desal, the world's only underground spa built inside an active salt mine. There, the staff welcomes you with a relaxing hand scrub (FREE) to lead into a step-by-step therapeutic wellness circuit that includes walking barefoot on a pure salt beach.
