What you can expect

  • Join a truffle hunt in the Tuscan hills with a local guide and his dog. After the hunt, return to the guide's home to prepare a 3-course meal with the truffles you found. Enjoy a meal of focaccia, pasta, and dessert, all topped with fresh truffles.

    Meet your guide and his dog at their home in the heart of the Mugello area. Set off on a truffle hunt through the Tuscan woods in search of the precious truffles. Explore secret spots where you hope to uncover these natural treasures.

    After the hunt, return to the guide's home to have a taste of truffle honey with some cheeses, salame, and Prosecco. Together, prepare a 3-course meal featuring the truffles you found or the one you always have in the fridge.

    Follow some of the guide's grandma’s century-old recipes, adjusting the menu according to the season and the fresh products from the garden or local organic farms. Experience the “farm to table” concept.

    Enjoy a meal of focaccia, a starter, pasta, gnocchi, or risotto, and a dessert. All of the courses of lunch will be served with a lot of fresh truffles on top.
