What you can expect

      I will greet you at the entrance of the estate for an immediate departure on foot to the vineyard. For about an hour, we'll discover together the Alsatian landscapes, the history of local wine, the geology and geography of the terroir, as well as wine-growing practices, including biodynamics. The return to the cellar marks the beginning of the second stage.

    The cellar tour takes about 1 hour. I present the estate in detail, the different methods of vinification for red, white, and Crémant wines, while sharing anecdotes and common misconceptions that make this experience unique.

    The guided tasting, lasting approximately one hour, invites you to savour six carefully selected Alsace wines. Everyone is free to express their feelings and impressions in a friendly and educational atmosphere.
