There are 2 activities about coffee that I will share with you:
1 • “Coffee cupping section”:

You will experience how to taste coffee like a professional by joining a coffee cupping section of 5 different types of coffee beans and I will explain more about each coffee bean’s quality.

I will also show you some basic coffee information just like wine (such as origin of coffee bean, varieties of coffee, processing method, roasting level, …)

After that, you will understand more about coffee and Vietnamese coffee bean.
2 • “Make cà phê sữa đá by yourself!”

I will tell you about history of coffee in Vietnam, how coffee came to us, how it affects our daily life and how Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk became our iconic drink. Then, you will follow my instruction to make Vietnamese traditional coffee - “Cà phê sữa đá”.
