The Gate 11 Distillery is a small craft operation located on two different floor levels adjacent to our cocktail bars and bottle shop. On the ground floor, tour participants will learn about Gate 11's wide range of award-winning spirits and will see the our bottling operations, mash cooker and fermenter and will see the bottom portions of our pot still and column stills. On the second level, tour participants will see the top portions of our pot and column stuill systems and our three smaller botanical extraction stills. On this level, they will also learn a bit of the history of some of the unique spirits we produce and our product development process. After the distillery tour, participants will be guided to our tasting room where they will be offered their choice of four of our award-winning spirits to taste. Options include: vodka, gin, white rum, overproof rum, absinthe blanche, agave blanco, agave reposado, agave anejo, single malt whisky, bourbon and rye.
