I will offer you my legendary welcome prosecco and guide you through typical flavours: cheese pizza, decorated hard-boiled eggs, Roman cold cuts and cheeses, cream and pistachio maritozzi, homemade cakes, Pasqualina cake, chocolate Caprese, artisan Easter eggs to break together and the fluffy dove.

Then, I will guide you in a tasting of authentic Easter specialities: Exclusive Prosecco Artisan cheese pizza Decorated boiled eggs Typical Roman cold cuts and cheeses Maritozzi with cream and pistachio Traditional tart and donut Savoury Pasqualina cake Caprese chocolate cake Handcrafted Easter eggs with surprise! ️ Easter dove Fresh juices, Italian coffee and juices I will tell you about the Roman Easter traditions and share my experience, revealing how I turn every stay into an extraordinary experience. We will take pictures together in my 19th century salon, decorated with authentic gifts from my guests, and you will live a memorable experience. It's not just a brunch: it's a journey into Italian flavours and culture.
