What you can expect

  • If you're travelling for the first time to the Yucatan Peninsula and want to explore the Mayan heritage, we strongly suggest considering this tour.

    Edzná is a Mayan site located an hour away from San Francisco de Campeche. We will meet near the town market and grab a 'colectivo' to the site, which should take about 50 minutes. This gorgeous and off-the-radar place is distinguished for its Puuc-style architecture and the amazing design of its main temple.

    Our names are Hector and Ricardo, certified tour guides in Mexico. We can't make any promises that this will be your best destination in the Yucatan Peninsula but we sure will do our best to give you the biggest insight into the Mayan culture, its social and political structure plus giving you the best recommendations to have the best shots from your iPhone or professional camera.

    At the end of the guided tour, we will stop for a “pan de elote” and an “agua fresca” to refresh ourselves!
