It is at this moment that the genuine farm-to-table experience commences. With a bamboo basket and a harvesting knife in hand, you will embark on a guided exploration of the organic farm. Your guide will share the principles of Bintan agriculture, demonstrating how organic natural pesticides are produced and how local flora can be utilised for medicinal applications. You will actively participate in collecting the fresh vegetables and spices—including long beans, chillies, and lemongrass—that will be employed in your upcoming cooking class.
