What you can expect

  • Enjoy an authentic food and wine experience in the heart of Puglia with Enobottega Experience at Fantini Wine Store in San Vito dei Normanni, just a few minutes from Ostuni. In a welcoming and familiar environment, we will take you on a sensory journey through six carefully selected Apulian wines that reveal the thousand nuances of our territory.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our team at Enobottega, where the experience will begin. After a brief introduction, the guided tasting will begin: six glasses—including whites, rosés, and reds—that vary in style, body, and intensity, each an authentic expression of local grape varieties and traditional winemaking methods. Each wine will be presented with passion and expertise by a sommelier or one of our expert staff members, who will guide you step by step in discovering aromas, stories, and territories.

The tasting will be accompanied by samples of local gastronomic products, chosen according to the season and availability. The selection changes each time to offer an authentic and never repetitive experience, leaving room for the creativity and excellence of small Apulian producers.

The entire activity lasts about 2 hours, during which you can relax, savour every moment, and experience Apulia in the most genuine way possible: through wine, hospitality, and storytelling. You can also chat, ask questions, and let yourself be carried away by the stories that each glass brings with it.

Enobottega Experience is not just a tasting, but a moment of sharing and discovery, designed for those seeking something authentic, carefully curated, and deeply connected to the territory. Whether you are a wine enthusiast or a curious traveller, here you will find an experience that will surprise you and leave you with a special memory of your visit to Puglia.
