Ontdek het werk van Lucas Gassel, een schilder uit de 16e eeuw die geboren en getogen is in Helmond. Zijn landschappen, rijk aan symboliek en verfijning, brachten hem faam tot ver buiten de stadsgrenzen. Kasteel Helmond bestaat al bijna 700 jaar en is de grootste nog bestaande vierkante waterburcht van Nederland. Wandel door de historische vertrekken, dwaal door de kasteeltuinen en kom even tot rust in een omgeving vol historie en karakter. Iedere bezoeker wordt verrast door de oprechte gastvrijheid van onze vrijwilligers.
