Start your experience at Espinho Surf School, where you will be welcomed by our team right by the beach. Before you enter the water, we give a brief presentation of the activity, hand over the wetsuit and board appropriate to your level, and explain the basic safety rules at sea.

Then we head to the sand, where we do a light warm-up and an introduction to the essential techniques: position on the board, paddling, balance, entering the wave, and how to stand up safely. Our instructors guide you step by step, adapting the lesson to your pace and experience.

Then comes the most eagerly awaited moment: entering the Atlantic Ocean and feeling the energy of Espinho's waves. During the session, you will practice with constant support from the instructors, gain confidence in the water, and experience the thrill of catching your first waves or improving your technique.

At the end, we return to the school to return the gear and end the experience with that unique feeling of an active body, a light mind, and a connection to the sea. A safe, fun, and memorable activity, ideal for beginners, families, friends, or travellers who want to experience Espinho authentically.
