Activity itinerary

First, we’ll make our very own spiced gingerbread dough — the kind that fills the room with that magical Christmas smell (you’ll wish your camera could capture scents!). Then we roll it out and bake thin and crisp traditional Estonian gingerbread cookies, just like locals have done for generations. Once cooled, it’s time to get creative: decorate your cookies with colourful glaze and all kinds of festive toppings. Finally, we’ll pack your cookies to take home — perfect as a handmade gift or just to treat yourself.
