Next, roll up your sleeves for an interactive enjera-making class. You’ll be welcomed into a cosy kitchen setting, where you’ll mix, ferment, and bake this unique sourdough-risen bread on a traditional mitad. Learn the art of flipping it perfectly and then enjoy your enjera with a variety of authentic Ethiopian dishes like shiro, misir wot, and more.
