Overview

Wonderful excursion that offers the opportunity to discover the southern side of Etna at the best time and under the light of the sunset.
Arrived with the help of the cable car at an altitude of 2500 metres we will have the opportunity to learn about the eruption of 2001 and then overlook the Valle del Bove, the immense depression that marks the eastern flank of the volcano. We will then climb up to the famous Tower of the Philosopher, and even higher waiting for the
sunset at about 3000 metres above sea level, on the summit of the majestic Craters of 2002/2003. The long walk back will take place on characteristic volcanic sands, accompanied by starlight.
