Taste Ivi Brut Spumante, Langhe Arneis, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera Elena (the only Barbera d'Alba to have received the prestigious Gambero Rosso three glasses) and Barolo Ai Fondatori (aged in the world’s largest wooden barrel). For those interested in a sweet wine, Moscato d'Asti can be substituted for Nebbiolo. The tasting is accompanied by a selection of finger foods, including cheeses, cured meats, starters and water.
