Crossing Berber villages through the “tabias”, clay hedges to arrive at the “Ghriba”, the oldest Jewish synagogue in Africa, visit, and direction Houmet Souk, the capital of the island of Djerba.
Visit to the very colourful market with auction of fish, spices, vegetables, fruits, etc.
Visit the covered souk and appreciate the manual work of the artisans. Visit to a weaving workshop with demonstration over a glass of green tea offered free of charge by the workshop.

After lunch, visit the Marina. Continuation to the village of Mahboubine, visit of the Menzels and Djerbian style house, water tanks, wells and some gardens in the centre of Djerba.
