Know before you book
- Please present your booking confirmation at the cashier to redeem your physical ticket.
- For Malaysian Citizens only ticket type (a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) may be required upon entry as proof of citizenship)
- All visitors must comply with the rules and regulations displayed at Space & Time Cube.
- Children aged 3 and below enter free of charge, while child tickets (ages 3–12) require adult supervision at all times.
- Guests aged 13 and above must purchase an adult ticket.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are provided for storage.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not valid with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programmes.
- Lost, damaged, or expired tickets will not be accepted, and no extensions are allowed.
