What's included, what's not

    We will provide you with the equipment needed for the riddle tour on loan for the duration of the event: an investigative riddle backpack filled with helpful tools, the riddle material, information about the route, and the locks that need to be cracked one by one in order to get the next piece of information.
  • Exclusions
    Please dress appropriately for the weather for 2.5 hours outdoors.

What you can expect

  • Immerse yourself in the myth of the Heidelberg Castle ruins!
    Solve tricky puzzles and follow hidden clues through Heidelberg's Old Town and up to the castle. A backpack with all kinds of helpful equipment and several combination locks accompanies you on this interactive discovery tour past all of Heidelberg's major landmarks.

    One by one, you open locked compartments, combine clues, and decipher codes. The puzzles are closely linked to the city, its history, and the locations on the ground. Close observation, logical thinking, and teamwork are required. Step by step, you will get closer to a question that still shapes Heidelberg today.
