Start with a warm welcome and a glass of THE BEST RED WINE, then dive into the art of making fresh pasta (with organic eggs) from scratch — TAGLIATELLE, RAVIOLI, and TORTELLI — using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Sometimes, once the pasta is ready, the fun continues with a playful sing-along contest (with wine prizes!), followed by a shared dinner where you’ll enjoy your creations with a signature pummarola sauce.
