  • My kitchen is open to anyone who wants to experience and immerse themselves in the Sicilian culinary culture rich in contaminations of the various peoples who have lived there. I will explain the dishes you will cook and tell you their history and origin.

We will prepare fresh pasta with fresh tomato and basil, my grandmother's meatballs and for dessert a delicious seasonal fruit jam. We can prepare vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and for anyone with food allergy problems. Everything will be in an atmosphere of serenity, joy and good humour.
