Embark from the harbour of Fréjus for a boat excursion to Port Grimaud, the “little Venice of Provence”, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and the legendary village of Saint-Tropez.
On board a comfortable semi-rigid boat limited to a maximum of 12 passengers, enjoy a small group outing that is friendly and pleasant. Your captain will accompany you throughout the trip and show you some of the most beautiful scenery on the Mediterranean coast.
Departure is in the morning at 9:00 AM, with a drop-off scheduled for around 1:30 PM. A great way to discover Saint-Tropez without having to deal with traffic jams, the search for parking, and the usual hassles of the road.
Set sail towards the Saint-Tropez gulf. You will be able to admire the coast, the villas, the anchorages, and some of the most beautiful yachts on the French Riviera.
The cruise continues to Port Grimaud, known as the “Venice of Provence.” Your captain will take you to discover this unique lakeside town, with its colourful houses, small Mediterranean gardens, canals, and boats moored directly in front of the houses. This is the perfect time to take some nice pictures from the sea.
You will then head towards Saint-Tropez, passing by the Cogolin marina and the heart of the Gulf. Upon arrival, you will discover the unique contrast between the charm of the old harbour, traditional boats, and yachts of impressive size.
Your captain will drop you off at the harbour of Saint-Tropez, near the typical alleys, the market, the church, the colourful bell tower, and the iconic places of the village. You will have about 1.5 hours of free time to discover Saint-Tropez at your own pace, take some photos, wander through the narrow streets, or enjoy the ambiance of the harbour.
Saint-Tropez is a city of legends: Brigitte Bardot, “And God Created Woman”, “La Madrague”, Louis de Funès and the famous “Gendarmes of Saint-Tropez”, the series “Under the Sun”, not to mention the famous Tropezienne pie. For more than 100 years, this legendary village has attracted artists, celebrities, and travellers seeking its unique atmosphere.
After the self-guided tour, drop-off back on board to continue exploring the Gulf. Your captain may take you through the Baie des Canoubiers, where you can see some iconic villas, the famous pontoon from the series “Sous le soleil”, and La Madrague, the legendary property associated with Brigitte Bardot.
This excursion is ideal for discovering Port Grimaud, Saint-Tropez, and its gulf in a different way, from the sea, in a pleasant, smooth format and in a small group.
