Join Chef Riccardo and his team for an authentic cooking class, you will be able to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch with famous Italian sauces. After meeting Riccardo at his grandma's house, he will welcome you to show you the art of making pasta. There is a maximum capacity of 8 people per class to ensure active participation and higher quality for class participants.
By booking the class, you will be able to learn:
- how to make the pasta dough
- stuffed pasta (like ravioli, tortellini, agnolotti, cappelletti, and more)
- long pasta (like fettuccine, spaghetti, tagliolini)
- how to make a pasta filling
- how to make sauces
all will be accompanied by excellent organic wine.
After this class, fresh pasta will be your cooking skill!
Riccardo will provide you with only the freshest ingredients, local ingredients from small producers when available, to show you how to make famous pasta sauces. Being a Roman chef, Riccardo's master sauces are Amatriciana and Carbonara. Still, there is a dedicated menu for all vegetarian guests with sauces like Cacio e Pepe (another Roman classic), Arrabbiata, Pesto, and more.
