What you can expect

Day 01: Arrival in Bangalore
Arrive in Bangalore (Bengaluru), the cosmopolitan capital of Karnataka, known as the Garden City of India. You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day at leisure or take a short evening stroll. Overnight stay in Bangalore.

Day 02: Bangalore – Srirangapatna – Coorg
After breakfast, drive to Coorg (Kodagu), a hill station famous for coffee plantations and scenic landscapes. On the way, stop at Srirangapatna, Tipu Sultan’s historic capital, to visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Daria Daulat Bagh (summer palace), and Gumbaz Mausoleum. Continue to Coorg and visit the beautiful Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) at Bylakuppe, one of India’s largest Tibetan settlements. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Day 03: Coorg Sightseeing
Explore the best attractions of Coorg, the Scotland of India. Visit Abbey Falls, surrounded by coffee and spice plantations, and the unique Omkareshwara Temple. Take a guided coffee plantation tour and enjoy fresh Coorg coffee. Later, visit Raja’s Seat for stunning sunset views and optionally explore Madikeri Fort & Museum. Evening free to relax or enjoy local Kodava cuisine. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Day 04: Coorg – Mysore
Drive to Mysore, Karnataka’s cultural capital. Explore the grand Mysore Palace, climb Chamundi Hills to see the Chamundeshwari Temple and giant Nandi Bull, and visit the Mysore Silk Factory to watch weaving. End the day at the colourful Devaraja Market. Overnight stay in Mysore.

Day 05: Mysore – Shravanabelagola – Hassan
After breakfast, drive to Shravanabelagola, one of India’s most sacred Jain pilgrimage sites. Climb up to see the impressive 57-foot Bahubali statue (Gommateshwara), carved from a single stone. Continue to Hassan, the base for visiting Hoysala temples. Overnight stay in Hassan.

Day 06: Hassan Excursion – Belur & Halebidu
Enjoy a full-day heritage tour of the Hoysala temples. Visit Chennakesava Temple at Belur, with its sculptures of gods and dancers, and Hoysaleswara Temple at Halebidu, covered with intricate carvings. Also visit the Doddagaddavalli Lakshmi Temple and the atmospheric Shettihalli Rosary Church, partly submerged in backwaters. Return to Hassan. Overnight stay in Hassan.

Day 07: Hassan – Bangalore & Departure
After breakfast, drive back to Bangalore. If time permits, enjoy shopping at Commercial Street, UB City Mall, or handicraft emporiums. Later, transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying memories of Karnataka’s coffee estates, waterfalls, palaces, and heritage temples.
