The journey continues in a vinegar factory where authentic Balsamic Vinegar is produced according to ancient techniques. Together with an expert you will walk among the wooden barrels in which the vinegar ages slowly. You will discover the fermentation processes and you will have the opportunity to taste different maturations of this product.

Finally, you will reach a beautiful local winery. A guided tasting of three Emilia-Romagna wines awaits you here, accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. A perfect gourmet experience for lovers of good food and great wines. At the end of the tour, your driver will take you back to the hotel.
