What you can expect

  • Discover the best of Kuala Lumpur on a specially crafted stopover tour, ideal for transit travellers arriving at Port Klang Cruise Terminal with limited time to explore.

Upon arrival, your driver-guide will greet you and begin the scenic drive to your first stop—the iconic Batu Caves. Learn about the significance of this sacred Hindu site, along with important dress guidelines for visiting religious places. Admire the towering 140-foot statue of Lord Murugan, climb the vibrant 272 steps to the temple cave, and enjoy panoramic views of the area.

Your journey then continues into Kuala Lumpur, starting with a visit to the King’s Palace, where you can appreciate its impressive architecture and take memorable photos of the royal guards. Next, explore the National Mosque, famous for its modern Islamic design and striking umbrella-shaped roof.

Continue to the historic Kuala Lumpur Railway Station, known for its beautiful Moorish-style design, before reaching Independence Square—the birthplace of Malaysia’s independence. Take in the surrounding colonial landmarks and the significance of this national site.

A stop at Central Market follows, offering a lively atmosphere filled with local arts, crafts, and traditional Malaysian souvenirs.

The tour concludes with a visit to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, where you’ll be captivated by the 88-story masterpiece that defines Kuala Lumpur’s skyline.

Your driver-guide will ensure you return to Port Klang Cruise Terminal by 4:00 PM, giving you ample time to reboard your ship. This stopover tour transforms a short transit into a memorable and enriching introduction to Malaysia’s vibrant capital.
