TRIP TO HUARAZ
❖ In the evening, we will pick you up from your hotel in Lima and take you to the bus terminal, where you will board a comfortable sightseeing bus bound for the city of Huaraz. This trip will be in a first-class coach equipped with semi-reclining seats to ensure you rest.
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HUARAZ - ROCOTUYOQ LAGOON - FROZEN LAGOON
❖ We will arrive at approximately 6:00 AM. Upon reaching Huaraz (3052 m), our team will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel, where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast. At 8:30 AM, we will depart north of Huaraz to the town of Marcará, where we will take a detour to the east to enter the domains of the Vicos community and then enter the Huascarán National Park.
❖ We'll discover the charming Paqcharuri, with crystal-clear waterfalls and the cave paintings of Llamaruri. Then, we'll ascend to Laguna Rocotuyoc, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Afterwards, we will walk to the Frozen Lagoon, surrounded by glaciers and with ice floating on its waters. This is a breathtaking natural paradise. We will then return to Huaraz, where you can rest and recover after an exciting day.
❖ Overnight stay in Huaraz
DAY 2: LAGUNA PARON - RETURN TO LIMA
❖ Breakfast is included in the sightseeing tour.
❖ At 6:00 AM, we will depart for the city of Caraz, passing by picturesque villages. Once at the Parón Lagoon, we can admire its beautiful turquoise waters and wild Andean flora, as well as the most important pyramidal mountains of the Cordillera Blanca.
❖ In addition, there is a hiking option (approx. 40 min) along an almost vertical zigzag trail, with some parts on rocks, to the vantage point, a place from which you can see the lagoon in all its breadth. Return to Huaraz. End of the sightseeing tour around 6:00 PM.
❖ In the evening, at 9:45 PM, you will board a comfortable sightseeing bus with semi-reclining seats to the city of Lima. Upon your arrival, we will be waiting to drop you off at your hotel.
❖ The next day, you will arrive in Lima at approximately 6:30 AM.
