Day 1: Ouarzazate to Merzouga Sahara Desert Luxury Camp

Commencing our 3-day adventure, we pick you up early in the morning from your accommodation or Ouarzazate airport. Our exploration begins in Ouarzazate, where we visit the famous Atlas Studio, a backdrop for numerous acclaimed films, and the historical Taourirt Kasbah. Driving southeast, we explore the palm groves of Skoura, visiting the delightful Amridil Kasbah, and continue to the Rose Valley, renowned for its annual Rose Festival in May. Progressing through Dades Valley, we pause at a viewpoint to marvel at the stunning landscape of Dades Gorges. The journey continues to Todra Gorges, where the Todra River has carved an impressive canyon through the mountains. After free time for lunch and exploration, we reach the Sahara Desert of Merzouga. Here, you'll switch to camels for a ride through the sandy desert, culminating in a magical sunset on a high dune. The day concludes at a luxury camp, offering Berber drum music, a campfire dance under the starlit sky, and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Explore Merzouga Region – Nomads – Khamlia – Merzouga Lake – Erg Chebbi – Palm Grove

Embarking on the second day, wake up early to witness the enchanting sunrise in the desert. After a leisurely breakfast, return on camels to Merzouga, where your driver awaits. Today is dedicated to exploring the Merzouga region, starting with an off-road journey to an ancient eyeliner mine. A visit to nomads in their handmade woven tent offers insights into their lifestyle, accompanied by a session of enjoying Berber tea. The next destination is Khamlia village, where Gnaoua music and dancing performances await. After a restaurant lunch, take a relaxing stroll through a palm trees grove and drive to the wild lake of Merzouga, also known as the flamingos lake. The evening wraps up with dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 3: Merzouga Dunes – Erfoud – Midelt – Cedars Forest – Ifrane – Fes

On the final day of your 3-day desert tour, embrace an early morning sunrise in the desert before enjoying breakfast and returning on camels to Merzouga, where your driver awaits. Departing the desert, our journey includes a visit to Rissani town, the ancient capital of Tafilalet, known for its lively souk. The exploration continues to Erfoud, where a workshop of fossilised marble awaits. Along the Ziz river, a stop offers a panoramic view of the Ziz valley, followed by lunch in Midelt. The tour proceeds to the cedars forest, inhabited by Barbary Macaques, allowing time to feed them while wandering in the forest. Concluding the journey, a visit to Ifrane, renowned for its low temperature and alpine-style houses, precedes dropping you off at the airport or your accommodation in Fes. This marks the end of your memorable 3-day desert tour.
