Escape Panama City on a San Blas Islands tour with island hopping, white-sand beaches and turquoise Caribbean waters. Visit three islands and the Natural Pool, snorkel a shipwreck, and enjoy lunch with one drink included.
PICKUP AND JOURNEY TO CARTÍ
Choose shared transport from your Panama City hotel or Amador Cruise Terminal. Shared pickups take place between 5:00 AM and 5:45 AM; please be ready at your confirmed meeting point by 5:00 AM.
Amador guests who prefer a later start can select the private-car option, with pickup between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Our team will confirm your pickup time. The private car applies to the road transfer; both options join the shared island-hopping boat tour.
Travel approximately 2.5–3 hours to the Port of Cartí through Panama’s jungle highlands and winding mountain roads. Meet the local Guna crew and board your shared boat for the approximately 25–30-minute crossing to the islands.
ISLA PERRO — BEACH TIME AND SHIPWRECK SNORKELING
Spend approximately 1.5 hours on Isla Perro, known for its palm-lined beach and sunken shipwreck just offshore. Snorkel to look for tropical fish around the wreck, swim in the clear water or relax on the sand.
Shared snorkelling equipment is available in limited quantities. You are welcome to bring your own equipment.
NATURAL POOL — WADE THROUGH TURQUOISE WATER
Continue to the Natural Pool, a shallow offshore sandbank surrounded by Caribbean water. Wade through the shallows, take photographs and look for starfish on the sandy bottom. Please observe marine life without touching it or lifting it from the water.
ISLA MISDUP — ISLAND LUNCH AND RELAXATION
At Isla Misdup, enjoy a freshly prepared lunch with a choice of fish, chicken or a vegetarian option. Your meal includes one drink: bottled water, soft drink or beer.
After lunch, relax on the white-sand beach or enjoy the island’s shallow waters before continuing your island-hopping adventure.
ISLA DIABLO — YOUR FINAL ISLAND STOP
Visit Isla Diablo, an island inhabited by a Guna family. Enjoy more time to swim, sunbathe and appreciate the surroundings before your boat returns to Cartí.
RETURN TO PANAMA CITY
Your driver will meet you at the mainland port for the return journey. Arrival back in Panama City is usually around 7:00 PM, depending on traffic, weather and sea conditions.
Cruise passengers should provide their ship’s name, arrival time and all-aboard time when booking. Confirm with our team that the excursion fits your ship’s schedule before selecting either Amador pickup option.
Your San Blas Islands tour includes road transport according to your selected option, shared boat transfers, entrance fees to the islands visited, lunch and one drink. The separate Guna Yala entrance fee is not included and must be paid in cash.
Island order, destinations and time at each stop may vary with weather, sea conditions and local operations. Road and boat journeys can be bumpy, and sea spray may get you wet.
