Be picked up for your hotel in the morning and travel about 70 kilometres out of Puerto Princesa. Arrive at the Batak Visitor Centre, which is located in Barangay Conception. At the Visitor Centre, you will find various local products made by the tribe available for purchase.

From the Visitor Centre, trek across mountainous terrain and cross some rivers to reach the village of the Batak people. The hiking time is anywhere from 75 to 120 minutes, depending on the pace of the group. Upon reaching the village, join in presenting a token gift to the tribe which contains coffee, rice, sugar, and other basic needs. Say hello to the tribe members and see how they go about their daily lives. Your guide will provide information about the history of the tribe and their customs.

Afterwards, head back down to the Visitor Centre and you'll be driven back to your hotel in Puerto Princesa. An option to include lunch in this activity is also available.
