What you can expect

Take a half-day trip to Franciacorta and enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to a winery where you'll be able to taste some of the finest bubbly in the world. During the day, you'll be travelling in a luxury air-conditioned minivan with free WiFi.

On a guided tour led by an expert sommelier, you'll have a chance to explore one of the most representative wineries and learn about the history of famous Franciacorta sparkling wines, as well as the main phases of the production process. You'll also get to see the cellar where the bottles are stored during the second fermentation phase. The tour will culminate in a guided tasting of two Franciacorta DOCG wines.

After the winery visit in the afternoon, you'll be taken back to the meeting point via the hills and vineyards of Franciacorta. As you travel along the Franciacorta Wine Route, you'll discover why this region is known as the home of the best Italian sparkling wines.
