Embark on a 3-day tour of the Uyuni Salt Flats and the Bolivian Altiplano. Explore the Laguna Blanca, Laguna Verde, and the Salvador Dali Desert. Visit the Laguna Colorada, home to over 30,000 flamingos, and the Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat.
Day 1: Depart from San Pedro de Atacama and head to the Bolivian border. After completing border formalities, transfer to a 4x4 vehicle and head to the Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde, located at the foot of the Licancabur Volcano. Explore the Salvador Dali Desert and the Polques Hot Springs.
Continue to the Sol de Manana Geysers, where you can see hot springs reaching temperatures of up to 90 degrees Celsius. Finally, reach the Laguna Colorada, home to over 30,000 flamingos. Spend the night in a hostel in Villamar.
Day 2: Visit the Valley of the Rocks and the geological formations of Camel and Sora. Continue to the Laguna Misteriosa or Catal, a perfect place to walk and enjoy the typical flora and fauna of the Bolivian Altiplano.
Next, visit the Laguna Vinto and the Mirador, before concluding at the Anaconda Canyon. Transfer to the Salt Hotel in Colcha K, where you will spend the night.
Day 3: Head to the Salar de Uyuni to watch the sunrise over the vast white salt flats. Visit the Incahuasi Island, famous for its giant cacti and panoramic views of the salt flats.
Explore the Salt Museum and stop in the village of Colchani to buy local crafts. Finally, make a brief stop at the Train Cemetery to take some photos before arriving in Uyuni, where the tour concludes.
