DAY 1 heading to the heart of sandoval lake
Reception in our office and heading to the boat, the trip is 40 minutes by the Madre De Dios river.
Then we will start a walk of 1 hour approx. where we can find: monkeys, snakes, tarantulas, tropical birds, parrots.
At the end of the walk, we will embark on canoes to go to our cabins, exploring the Sandoval Lake and on the way we can find; tropical birds on the shore, herons, caimans, and the giant river wolf of 2 metres long.
We will arrive to our rustic cabins, once here, typical jungle lunch (juane) with seasonal refreshment. Presentation of room and place of the lodge.
After lunch we leave in our canoe to explore the Sandoval Lake where we can be more in contact with the fauna 100% (option to bathe).
A short rest in the canoe to wait for the sunset on Sandoval Lake, unique as few passengers can rest on Sandoval Lake.
Search for caimans in the Sandoval Lake where all our guides will teach you how to find your black caiman and return to our cabin for dinner.
DAY 2 the manifestation of the fauna
5 am we go in search of yellow and blue macaws. To possibly find more species in the parrot clay lick activity in the palm ecosystem. This activity is unique in our region of Madre de Dios and very important where you can see a show or flocks of parrots and macaws.
We will return to our lodge for breakfast, then we will look for giant otters and visit the

Afterwards we will have our typical lunch, then we will pack our bags to return to Madre de Dios river where our boat will be waiting for us. 4:00pm return to Puerto Maldonado where our transport will be waiting for us to go to our other logde Madre De Dios river sector.

5:00 am we go by boat for about 30 minutes to observe this unique activity where we will wait for the arrival of parrots, macaws, parakeets. Group of 50 to 100. This wall is very special for them because it contains minerals that help them to clean their stomach, this place is like a natural hospital.
