What you can expect

Izu is known for its dramatic coastlines, hot spring towns, ocean views, volcanic landscapes, fresh seafood, and relaxed seaside atmosphere.

Many of Izu’s most spectacular spots, especially along the west coast, are difficult to reach by public transport. This private tour lets you explore the area without long waits or complicated transfers, so you can travel more smoothly and enjoy the beautiful scenery at your own pace.

There are two routes recommned:

The East Izu route is ideal for first-time visitors, families, couples, and guests who want a balanced day of nature, animals, ocean views, and easy sightseeing.

Shuzenji Onsen Town
A peaceful hot spring town with traditional streets, bamboo paths, historic temples, and a calm Japanese atmosphere. It is a great place to enjoy a relaxing walk and experience the charm of old Izu.

Dogashima Coast
One of West Izu’s most scenic coastal areas, known for its dramatic rock formations, clear blue sea, and beautiful views shaped by nature over thousands of years.

Dogashima Marine Cave Cruise
A short sightseeing boat cruise that takes guests around the coastline and into sea caves when weather and sea conditions allow. It is a great way to see West Izu’s unique cliffs and ocean scenery from the water.

Cape Kogane
A scenic seaside viewpoint famous for its golden-colored cliffs and wide ocean views. It is also one of the best places in West Izu to enjoy the sunset.
