- This tour will operate rain/shine, cancellations only occurring in extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons.
- We recommend checking the weather forecast independently in advance, as any changes or cancellations will follow our policy.
- Tour schedules may be subject to time changes/adjustments without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that there may be shorter itinerary times or delays in returning to the designated location.
- In case of severe traffic due to holiday/adverse weather conditions, some planned attractions may be omitted without refunds. We recommend guests check their travel dates carefully in advance.
- The flowering status is set with reference to the best time of the year, but please note that the timing may be shifted depending on weather conditions.
- The tour may be cancelled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
- Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays/wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
- Please check the photo in the product page & scan the correct QR code of your chosen meeting point. Be present at the right location 15~10 minutes before the stated departure time to ensure a timely departure
