Know before you book
- Ueno Station is the only drop-off location available. The bus will not be returning to Shinagawa.
- This tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified otherwise by the local operator.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- In the event of severe traffic caused by holidays or adverse weather conditions, there may be a reduction in planned attractions without refunds. We recommend guests to check travel dates in advance.
- Please be present at the right meeting point 10 minutes before the stated departure time.
- In case of late arrivals or failure to arrive at the right location on time, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted. Contact us 24 hours before the departure for reschedule if there is any possibility of late arrivals.
- The bus will be departing on time (no exception).
- If you are confused about meeting points, message us beforehand for more details.
- Tour operator may not be responsive on all channels outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST (MON-SAT).
