Know before you book
- This tour includes stair climbing at Arakurayama Sengen Park. Visibility of Mt. Fuji depends on the weather and is not guaranteed.
- The calligraphy activity is beginner-friendly — just trace the sample characters.
- Please arrive on time at your selected meeting point. Your bus and guide are assigned based on that location.
- The guide has a list of participants for each bus and may not be able to accommodate guests arriving at a different point. Late arrival or going to the wrong location will result in missing the tour, and no refund will be issued.
- If you want to change or are unsure about your meeting point, contact us at least 2 days before departure.
- If the tour is cancelled due to extreme weather or natural disasters, a full refund will be given.
- The tour duration and schedule may change without notice due to traffic or other factors.
- Drop-off is only available in Shinjuku.
- Contact # may not be responsive outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST Mon-Fri (weekdays only)
