At 12:00 pm, we will be waiting for you at our facilities inside Plaza Acuario to welcome you to your tour and provide you with some instructions you need to know before starting the tour. Afterwards, we will accompany you to board the vehicle that will take you to the fortress. En route to the fortress, you will be able to enjoy panoramic views of some monuments in the historic centre and part of the customs facilities.
During the tour inside the fortress, you will learn more about the history that the different areas of the place safeguard. You will hear about the legends of “Chucho el Roto,” “La Mulata de Córdoba,” and much more. Similarly, the guide will narrate to you the historical importance of San Juan de Ulua, from its construction during the conquest era, through the independence and Mexican Revolution, to the present day. Undoubtedly, it will be a tour that you will enjoy.
At approximately 2:30 pm, we will be finishing the tour with the guide, who will accompany you to the entrance gate where our operator colleague will be waiting to take our vehicle back to Plaza Acuario.
