Hop into a Land Rover to cruise along the picturesque rolling tea garden towards Gunung Brinchang, 2,000 metres above sea level. An interpretive walk with our nature guide into the mossy forest will reveal some of the exotic floras like the jug plant, orchids, primitive ferns, spices, and medicinal plants. A short drive down from the mountain to Sungai Palas BOH Tea Factory where we enjoy a factory tour before appreciating the varieties of tea offered at the tea shop. After lunch, we proceed to Butterfly Farm, home to a range of butterflies, plus a local market selling fresh produce. Next stop will be O&R Garden, formerly knowns as Orchid & Roses garden. Its offers more than 100 species of orchid and other plants like jug plants, dahlias, hydrangeas. Last stop was Sam Poh temple, the largest Buddhist temple in Cameron highlands.
