We will discover Comillas, an elegant coastal villa with a heritage of economic and cultural splendour reached between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th. During the walk we will know the legacy of the Marquises of Comillas and contemplate some of the most representative buildings of the town. We will approach the ensemble of Sobrellano, formed by the imposing Palace of Sobrellano and the Chapel-Pantheon of the Marquises of Comillas. Its neo-Gothic inspired facades, ornamental elements and landscaped surroundings allow us to understand the historical relevance of this family and its influence on the transformation of the villa. We will also contemplate the old Pontifical University, a monumental building located in a high position from which the urban area of Comillas is dominated. We continue through the historic centre, passing through the Fuente de los Tres Caños, a work linked to Catalan modernism; the traditional Corro de Campíos and the surroundings of the City Hall.
