7:45 Start at the office to try on shoes and pick up equipment.
8:00 The car will pick you up at the office to go to Ben Beo harbour, then get on the boat to the first crag. It takes 40 minutes to get to the climbing point.
9:00 Climb up the cliffs and jump into the sea while deep-water solo climbing. Deep water solo routes are graded between 4+ to 7c+.

The first wall is called Sea Face. After some instructions on landing and climbing, you'll start with a basic one (4a, 5m high) to get to know the feeling of jumping and correct your landing techniques. Based on your strength and climbing skills, our guides will recommend the next routes for you to try. There are about 15 routes on Sea Face, graded from 4a to 7a, mostly they're from 5a to 6b. There are also some traverse routes if you don't want to jump from too high a level.
After you finish with Sea Face, go to the 2nd wall called Three Brothers, with about 17 routes graded from 5b to 7c+. Three Brothers is a perfect crag for DWS newbies. The crag is less intimidating than Hawaii 5-0 and has loads of easier climbs generally not exceeding 15 metres. Though short, the climbs feature interesting movement and boulder-style problems.
12:00 Enjoy the lunch on the floating house.
After lunch, you will be able to explore the sea through kayaking in the stunning Lan Ha Bay. Visit the Dark-Light Cave, the duckweed fishing village and Turtle Island. Swim and relax on the pristine beach.
5:30pm Get back to Cat Ba town
