What you can expect

Enjoy a wonderful experience discovering the secrets of the Kitchen of Bologna. You will discover how to create the true hand made pasta of Bologna without any machinery but only using the rolling pin. Of course you will be assisted step by step by me all the time. The cooking class starts and ends in Via Antonio di Vincenzo, 50 (very close to railway station and to the centre of Bologna). We will start preparing the ragù and then we will make the handmade pasta: tortelloni and tagliatelle. All the activity including the meal is about three hours. You will enjoy a delicious bottle of wine. We are family friendly. Everything you need you will find here including the aprons. At the end I will send the slides of receipes.
