Would you like to join sunset yoga class one of the Game of Thrones location?

My sunset Yoga class is an hour of breathing, sun salutes, asanas and relaxation, and it suits all levels of practitioners.
I focus on breathing to start warming up the body, then yoga poses to improve balance, flexibility and strength, then to finish some relaxation to meditate and close the session with positive thoughts.

Don't worry if you are new to yoga as the teaching will be on multi-levels and personal approach. Well job is done and it is time for cooling down stage called savasana.

The session is accompanied with nice restorative music.

Get ready to jump into the beautiful Maltese sea for a swim after yoga session!
