Next, awaken your palate with historic natural spring water paired with a curated selection of authentic market snacks handpicked by your Culinary Expert. Then, move to the Chef’s family-run restaurant (or a long-standing local gem) to enjoy a rich, authentic Ganghwa table setting. Your host specially provides traditional Korean pancakes, speciality side dishes, and premium local liquor. (Please note: Guests only need to cover their own individual main meal order 18,000won).

After lunch, unwind in a historic cafe that reflects the unique cultural heritage of the island. Your Chef host will share stories behind the local tea and coffee culture in this meaningful space. (Cafe drinks are at your own expense. 7~8,000won)

Finally, conclude your journey by tasting traditional Korean desserts specially prepared for the occasion. Reflect on your culinary memories with your Culinary Host before returning to the terminal.
