Just a short train ride away from Berlin lies picturesque Potsdam, the “Versailles of Berlin,” where the Prussian royals went to get away from the bustle of the capital. Potsdam is Berlin’s most popular day-trip destination and for good reason!

This full day tour begins at our shop in Alexanderplatz, where we will board a train for the half-hour journey to Potsdam. After picking up our bicycles, we will ride through the beautiful city parks, stopping along the way at Sanssouci Palace, Frederick the Great’s favourite residence. We will also see Cecilienhof Palace, where the Allied Leaders met at the conclusion for World War II in Europe for a conference that would unexpectedly usher in the nuclear age and the Cold War.
