- Please be informed that Floral Fantasy will be closed from 1 June to 7 June 2026 in preparation for a new exhibition.
- Supertree Observatory will be closed on 21 May 2026 from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm (last admission 3.00 pm) for a private event.
- Flower Dome will be closed on maintenance days. The next closure will be on 18 May 2026. A section of Flower Field will be temporarily cordoned off from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM on 26 May 2026 for a launch event.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
