Know before you book
- The service provider will send you a separate email with your actual ticket 24 hours before your travel date. This ticket will be the one recognised by the attraction.
- Pregnant mothers under 14 weeks or above 33 weeks of gestation. Please provide your medical letter or doctor’s appointment card as proof.
- Please refer to the official website for height requirements for the different rides.
- Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park is open daily from 10.00 to 22.00.
- Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian Citizen ONLY with a Malaysian Identification Card.
- Non-Malaysian rates are for International travellers. In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
